Refund Policy
Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days of being taken. What happens after that, what a refund does to your workspace, and how to ask for one.

This is a working starting point provided with the software. It is not
legal advice. Have a qualified adviser review it against your
jurisdiction and business before you rely on it.
The short version
- Any payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the date it was taken. That includes your first payment, a renewal, and the charge for moving to a larger plan.
- After 14 days, a payment is not refunded for a billing period that has already begun — unless we charged you in error, in which case it is always refunded.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep everything you paid for until the end of the current period.
- A refund never deletes your data.
Who takes your payment
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle is the seller on your receipt and your card statement, it calculates and collects any sales tax or VAT, and it is Paddle that returns the money when a refund is approved.
Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy reduces any right to a refund that they, or the law where you live, give you.
Try it before you pay
Every workspace starts on the Free plan, with no card required. It is the same product with lower limits, so you can connect a system, build an agent and watch it run before deciding whether a paid plan is worth it. Paid plans do not include a separate free trial.
The 14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund of any of these, within 14 days of the date the payment was taken:
- the first payment for a new subscription, monthly or annual;
- a renewal payment — for example, an annual plan that renewed before you remembered to cancel it;
- the amount charged when you moved to a larger plan.
The refund is the whole amount you paid, including tax. You do not need to give a reason, and the refund is not reduced by how much of the plan you used in the meantime.
We may decline a request that is part of a repeated pattern of buying, using and refunding the same plan. That is the only reason we will refuse one inside the 14 days.
What a refund does to your workspace
Refund of a subscription payment. The subscription is cancelled when the refund is issued, and the workspace returns to the Free plan. Paid features and any limits above the Free plan stop being available until you subscribe again.
Refund of an upgrade charge. We refund that charge and move the subscription back to the plan you were on before, for the rest of the period you had already paid for.
Nothing is deleted in either case. Your connections, agents, execution history and audit records stay exactly as they were, and subscribing again brings back the features that need a paid plan.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window, a payment for a billing period that has begun is not refunded, except as described in the next section or where the law requires otherwise. In practice this means:
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.
- Moving to a smaller plan takes effect when the current period ends. There is no partial refund for the difference, because you keep the larger plan until that date.
- Unused allowances — AI usage, executions, tool calls — reset at the start of each billing period. They are not carried over and are not refunded.
- Annual plans are not refunded pro rata part-way through the year. Cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
Always refunded, whenever you notice
Some charges should never have happened. These are refunded in full no matter how long ago they were taken:
- a duplicate charge for the same plan and the same period;
- a renewal charged after your cancellation had already taken effect;
- an upgrade charged at materially more than the amount shown to you on the confirmation screen before you confirmed it.
When a payment fails
A failed payment takes no money, so there is nothing to refund. Paddle retries the payment and we let you know. Your workspace keeps working normally during a grace period, currently 14 days. If the payment is still outstanding after that, paid features are restricted — but your data is not deleted, and paying restores access.
How to ask for a refund
Send a request through our contact page. It should come from the owner or an administrator of the workspace, and include:
- the name of the workspace;
- the email address used at checkout;
- the order number from your Paddle receipt, if you have it.
You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, using the details on your receipt.
We aim to answer every refund request within two business days. Once a refund is issued it goes back to the original payment method, and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund under this policy is quicker for you than a chargeback, which is handled through Paddle and can take weeks to resolve.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version applies to payments taken after it comes into effect. The version number and effective date at the top of this page tell you which version you are reading.
